Why a Blog?
Back in the day I had a blog. It was a way for me to keep people updated with all of my athletic endeavors as I trained for marathons and triathlons and continuously asked for money for fundraising for the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society. This was way back before Facebook and twitter, when people had the attention span for more than 140 characters.
When I moved to California it then became a way to stay connected with loved ones, and share ridiculous stories about what was going on with our lives there (you can probably do some digging to find said blogs, but I am most definitely not sharing it, as I am trying to run a respectable business here...)
Now this blog will likely never have the type of posts my personal one did, but it does give us an opportunity as a studio to share more content, ideas, & knowledge with our clients and readers. Facebook is just not enough space to share what we have up there in our heads. So here we are! If there is ever a topic, video, or questions you have about anything btone, fitness or health related, this is the place for it. WE WANT TO HEAR IT!!
