Flour Power Workout!

All you need is a bag of flour, timer and yourself.

Don't have a bag of flour? Nix it and just extend your arms once you sit down into a squat.

This quick 15-20 minute routine can be done easily at home. Utilizing body weight exercises and adding weight resistance without having to own all those fancy dumbells. Let's get started.

  1. Forearm Plank
  2. Alternating Reverse Lunges

  3. Pushups (modified or regular)

  4. Squat + Extension (using the bag of flour)

  5. Ladder Crunches (add the bag of flour to make this more challenging!)

  6. Cardio Blast: Squat Jumps!

  • Complete all (5) exercises for 60 seconds each + Cardio Blast for 90 seconds. 
  • Rest for 1-2 minutes. 
  • Complete all (5) exercises for 45 seconds each  + Cardio Blast for 90 seconds.
  • Rest for 1-2 minutes.
  • Complete all (5) exercises for 30 seconds each + Cardio Blast for 90 seconds.
  • DONE
