Daily Routines


We all have one.

What does your daily routine look like? Are you a business owner, employee, student? Are you juggling to keep your head above water or have you nailed your routine down to a science?

We at btone FITNESS wear many hats and somehow at the end of the day, we managed to keep a daily routine that helps set us up for success each day.

Beyond teaching our favorite fitness class to our members we love to educate and share information with all of you.

That's why each week you can find us here sharing daily routines and tips from our wonderful instructors.

We asked them all, what makes you tick? How does your morning start off? 


I always wake up a few minutes before my alarm and try to just lay in bed for a few minutes to relax (aka the calm before the chaos). Once I get up I feed my cats and then my dog (always in that order or my male kitten will eat my dogs' food!). Then off into the shower, I go.

Once I’ve showered I wake my boys up and they get ready. While they get ready I make myself an Isagenix protein shake with hemp seeds, sacha inchi, flax seeds, chia seeds, collagen hydrolysate and almond milk. I also, make some green tea with some local raw honey for when I get to work.

In less than 45 minutes we are ready and out the door. I drop both of my boys off at each of their schools then hit the highway to get to work. Once I get to work, I exhale, sip my green tea, check my work email then it’s off to play with monkeys.
